Marketing Manager Anders Berg presents
his company's forthcoming marketing campaign
Anders Berg, who was a Marketing Manager in a Danish sweets company called BonBon, was presenting his forthcoming marketing campaign to his sales reps. I had arranged for him to come an give the same presentation in an art gallery the day after. The audience were mainly artists.
I presented Anders and myself and the different means we each had to get our messages across. After his very professional presentation we had a discussion about the campaign, BonBon's strategy, and marketing in general, as well as about the possible forms of cooperation between businesses and artists.
The presentation gave an insight into BonBon and this specific campaign that would normally never be publicly accessible. The critic that normally goes with art pratices was implicitely turned around. Berg was the one to learn from in this set up: he was very professional, had done profound research and had a great ability to communicate, both to the audience and his customers!
